Digital Diner has made the customer’s end of the wait line experience more simple and enjoyable by allowing the guest to receive an SMS text – thereby letting them remain offsite while waiting to be seated. Digital Diner added the ability for a restaurant to use the “wait line predictor” feature based on inventory. The manager simply needs to input the average turnaround time per table size and the software will open or close a wait line and let customers know what the precise wait time is for that table. The software does it all.
